Hospital Food Service Worker

We seek dedicated individuals with strong customer service skills, recent experience, and knowledge relevant to the position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist cooks with food preparation, including creating simple items like salads.
• Prepare and maintain the food on the serving line.
• Answer customer questions and provide excellent service.
• Deliver food orders to Patients.
• Wash dishes and ensure proper storage.
• Keep the kitchen clean and orderly throughout operations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and assist in the kitchen as required..
• Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires significant walking and the ability to work in a standing position for 8-hour shifts.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
• Stamina to handle repetitive and multiple tasks while maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Hiring Essentials:

• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Have a strong working knowledge of proper food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
