We're Dalkas Craft BBQ•bringing premium, slow-smoked Texas-style BBQ to Wichita Falls & Burkburnett! Think juicy brisket, fall-off-the-bone ribs, pulled pork, house-made sides, and that perfect smoke ring. Our food truck is gearing up to hit events, pop-ups, Food Truck Fridays, and local spots—help us serve the best craft BBQ in town! Crew Members / Pit Hands / Cashiers (Full-time & Part-time) Prep, smoke, slice, and plate epic Texas BBQ Hustle orders with a big smile during busy events & crowds Keep the rig clean, stocked, and running smooth Weekend + event shifts around Wichita Falls area What we're looking for: Love for real-deal Texas BBQ (experience smoking meats is a bonus, but we'll train passionate folks!) Reliable, positive energy, and team spirit Comfortable with outdoor work, standing long shifts, lifting 50+ lbs Food handler's certification (or willing to get one•we'll help)
