Job Functions May Include:
Support the day-to-day operations of EPC Restaurant, The Market, and Banquets to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction Lead by example in delivering Hyatt's Culture of Care through empathy, inclusion, and collaboration Create memorable dining and event experiences through thoughtful, anticipatory service Coach, mentor, and develop colleagues to drive engagement, accountability, and performance Support staffing, scheduling, training, and operational planning to maintain service excellence Partner with culinary and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of restaurant and banquet services Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a high level of hospitality Lead pre-shift meetings and daily team communication efforts Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety practices, operating procedures, and applicable regulations Occasionally support Front Office and Housekeeping operations as needed to ensure overall hotel success All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. Qualifications Previous upscale dining experience required A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment Refined verbal communication skills Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight Ability to stand for long periods of time Must be 21 years or olderLicenses & Certifications:
