In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food with precision, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Whether working in a fine dining setting, catering event, or casual restaurant, your contribution will be key to our success. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including basic food handling and presentation Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality in every order Assist with setting up banquet or catering events, including arranging tables, linens, and serving stations Maintain cleanliness in all food preparation and service areas, adhering strictly to food safety regulations Handle dietary requests and special accommodations with professionalism and care Support team members in maintaining a welcoming environment by assisting with dishwashing, restocking supplies, and managing waste disposal Skills Proven experience in fine dining or restaurant environments demonstrating excellent customer service skills Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures Experience in catering or banquet settings is highly desirable Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to serve efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Previous experience as a dietary aide or in the food industry is a plus Barista experience or hospitality background can enhance your ability to connect with guests Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact with customers Familiarity with food industry regulations and safety protocols ensures compliance at all times
