This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality by preparing and maintaining our complimentary breakfast area while providing friendly and attentive guest service. We are looking for dependable, energetic individuals who take pride in cleanliness, organization, and creating a positive guest experience. This is a fast-paced hospitality role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while maintaining Hilton brand standards. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the daily complimentary breakfast according to Hampton Inn brand standards Set up, stock, and replenish breakfast items throughout service hours Ensure all food items are fresh, properly presented, and maintained at safe temperatures Keep breakfast and lobby areas clean, sanitized, and organized at all times Wash dishes, utensils, and breakfast equipment as needed Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner while providing exceptional customer service Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines Assist with light kitchen prep and additional hotel duties when needed Qualifications Previous hotel, restaurant, or food service experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred Hilton experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within Hilton brands Employee hotel travel discounts Paid training Competitive hourly pay based on experience This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in creating a clean and inviting environment, and loves helping guests start their day on a positive note.
