• We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. • Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast dishes, including specialty items and traditional breakfast fare.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict food safety standards.
• Manage food preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes are visually appealing and meet high quality standards.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, using our Aloha POS system.
• Provide exceptional guest service, including answering questions and making recommendations.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, consistently greeting guests with a warm smile.
• Clean and sanitize all areas of the kitchen, including equipment and utensils, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Use a knife and other kitchen tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of coffee preparation and presentation.
• Practice excellent guest relations, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.

• Experience:

• Previous experience in a breakfast or food service environment is highly preferred.
• A background in food preparation or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
