Set up banquet or catering events, including arranging tables, serving dishes, and managing buffet stations efficiently. Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving, refilling supplies, or clearing tables as needed. Follow all food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination. Skills Previous experience in fine dinin or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience in serving food or catering events to ensure smooth service flow. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures. Catering experience Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food safety regulations within the food industry.
