Position Summary The Food Truck Attendant provides friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to members and guests utilizing the club's on-property food truck during golf play and clubhouse visits. This position is responsible for food and beverage service, operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring a positive and professional experience consistent with the expectations of a private club environment. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and process transactions through the POS system. Prepare and serve menu items in accordance with club recipes and presentation standards. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in compliance with state and club regulations. Verify identification and ensure all alcohol service laws are strictly followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, service windows, and surrounding area. Restock inventory, supplies, and beverages as needed throughout service. Monitor food temperatures and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and securing equipment. Provide quick, efficient service to accommodate golfers during play.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older. Previous food service, bar, or hospitality experience preferred. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards. Alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, tournaments, and peak golf season.

Salary:

$15 per hour (hourly)
