Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly displayed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring dietary needs are accommodated Replenish food supplies promptly to ensure a continuous and satisfying guest experience Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit or assembling breakfast items Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests, providing outstanding customer service to enhance their morning experience Experience Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet settings Experience in serving or catering environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude Previous restaurant or food industry experience will help you excel in this fast-paced role Dietary aide or catering experience can be advantageous for understanding guest needs and dietary restrictions Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable mornings!
