Breakfast Attendant

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The Breakfast Attendant's responsibilities include setting up and clearing the meal service, ensuring that the buffet remains fully stocked at all times, and communicating customers' drinks orders, as needed. You should also be able to address customers' queries and complaints promptly. Breakfast attendants have many duties to perform during a shift.

Main duties include:

Setting up and breaking down each morning's breakfast buffet. Ensuring buffet items such as fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items remain well-stocked. Maintaining the safety and appearance of the buffet area and cleaning the area in preparation for the next day. This may include replenishing silverware, sugar caddies, and condiments, light to moderate food preparation, refilling beverage containers, mopping, wiping, and sweeping The attendant may perform duties similar to those of a restaurant waiter or busboy such as clearing dirty plates from tables and relaying customer needs. Paperwork, record-keeping, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen, or other custodial tasks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a similar role. Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines. Ability to lift to 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to stand for extended periods.
