- Breakfast Attendant
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Comfort Inn and Suites. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional customer service during breakfast hours. Your attention to detail and friendly demeanor will contribute to creating a positive atmosphere for our guests.
Duties:
- Setting up the breakfast area with all necessary items such as utensils, condiments, and food items
- Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with any special requests or dietary needs
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area throughout service hours
- Replenishing food and beverage items as needed to ensure a fresh and appealing presentation
- Clearing tables, bussing dishes, and keeping the dining area tidy
- Assisting with guest inquiries and providing information about menu items or hotel services
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and food service standards
- Familiarity with guest relations practices to ensure a positive guest experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with bussing tables, and general guest services is a plus
Skills:
- Proficiency in customer service to meet guest expectations
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues
- Knowledge of POS systems for processing payments accurately
