Whether you're behind the bar, running food, resetting tables, supporting the pass, or helping lead the floor, the goal is the same: take care of the guest, take care of each other, and make the shift better than we found it. Busser / Food

Runner / Support Staff You'll be the engine of the floor: resetting tables, running food, supporting guests, communicating table status, helping servers, and keeping the room clean and moving. Requirements Restaurant experience is preferred, especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Weekend and evening availability are required. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, and move with urgency for extended periods. Must be able to obtain or maintain a Washington Food Worker Card. Alcohol-service roles must have or be able to obtain the appropriate Washington MAST permit. Must bring professionalism, punctuality, clean presentation, and a team-first attitude. Compensation + Benefits All roles are paid hourly wage plus tips where applicable. Final hourly rates, tip structure, and eligibility vary by position and will be confirmed during the hiring process.
