We are seeking motivated, hardworking, and team-oriented Bussers to join our opening team.

Bussers play a vital role in delivering a seamless guest experience by supporting the service team and maintaining a clean, organized dining environment. This is a great opportunity to join a high-energy team and grow within a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently Assist servers and bartenders with maintaining table service and guest needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, patio, and service stations Refill water, assist with food running, and support overall guest experience Stock and restock service areas, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Complete opening and closing sidework duties Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:

0-2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Ability to stay organized and multitask Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Consistent attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs

Compensation:

Hourly:

$17.38 plus tips Estimated total on-target earnings: $25-$32 per hour
