Opportunity to experience different Food Service roles (e.g., Assistant Server at an Elementary School, Kitchen Helper at a Secondary School) to find your best fit and the flexibility to work only the days you are available. Must be available to substitute at least three times a month. Food Service Rates (per hour) Substitute $18.05 Assistant Server and Kitchen Helper $19.60 Lead Server and Cashier $20.05 Responsibilities Serving food to students Washing dishes General kitchen assistance Required Education and Experience Three months of related work experience Licenses/Special Requirements Pierce or King County Food Worker Card Criminal justice fingerprint clearance (completed upon hire) Permanent Position Benefits Sick leave Vacation pay Uniform allowance Medical benefits for positions of 3.5 hours or more per day Benefits and Wages Substitute employees may be benefit-eligible depending on hours worked.
