Duties Set up banquet areas by arranging tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and décor according to event specifications Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor Clear tables promptly and efficiently, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event Assist with food handling, food preparation, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met Support catering operations by helping with event setup, breakdown, and food distribution Provide excellent guest services by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures and sanitation practices Requirements Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant service is highly preferred Knowledge of banquet setup, serving techniques, and food safety protocols Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work efficiently in fast-paced environments Culinary or hospitality experience is a plus; familiarity with food handling and food safety regulations is essential Experience in hotel or event settings enhances your suitability for this role Positive attitude, team spirit, and excellent communication skills are necessary to succeed Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy and dedication help craft unforgettable events.
