Brookfield, WI Job Description Summary:

AtlantisValley Foods is looking for a qualified candidates to join our ever-growing business. The Café Assistant will report to the Cafe Manager. This individual will work and serve customers in a café inside a business setting. He or she will be responsible for serving daily specials to customers inside the business.

Schedule:

6:30 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday, no nights, no weekends or holidays.

Daily Salad bar set-up and tear down Prep ingredients to be used for daily sandwich specials, salad bar items, fruit and yogurt options and other daily specials Follow recipes for sandwiches, salads, and snacks Assemble sandwiches and other items for café customers Follow health codes and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Qualifications:

Prior food service experience required Demonstrate a can-do attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and stay on task Must be able to follow verbal, written, or diagrammed instructions Must be able to stand or walk for the duration of the shift Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs. and up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
