Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations Replenish food supplies promptly to ensure a continuous flow of fresh offerings for guests Engage with guests courteously, addressing special dietary requests or inquiries about menu options Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene standards diligently throughout your shift Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy breakfast hours Requirements Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
