Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly displayed in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, dining areas, and restrooms, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Monitor food levels throughout service hours, restocking items as needed with efficiency and care. Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks under supervision to support smooth breakfast service operations. Engage with guests courteously, providing excellent customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and addressing any concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and maintain a positive environment for both guests and staff. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Experience serving food or beverages in hospitality settings such as restaurants or catering events. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety protocols. Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness according to health regulations. Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is beneficial. Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to guest interactions.
