Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area. Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, and providing other support as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments. Set up and break down tables for special events or large parties. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment. Skills Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests. Experience in the food service industry is preferred, including knowledge of food handling practices. Familiarity with bussing techniques and restaurant operations is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative team setting.
