Kohler, WI Opportunity As the Busser for the Horse & Plow, you will be responsible for: Bussing and resetting tables according to established standards. Courteously escorting guests to tables. Maintaining positive guest relations. Anticipating guests' needs, responding promptly. Assisting servers with food delivery. Keeping chairs and floors clear of debris. Assisting back of bar as needed. Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor. Hours vary between 12:00pm and 10:00pm, weekends are required. Skills/Requirements Ability to walk or stand for the majority of each shift and lift up to 50 pounds. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant experience preferred by not required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The hourly range for this position is $7.30 - $11.00 plus tips/gratuity.
