Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast stations with a variety of fresh foods, beverages, and condiments to ensure an appealing presentation. Serve guests promptly and courteously, addressing their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food service areas, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene standards. Replenish food items as needed, ensuring all offerings are fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations. Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guest preferences safely. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy breakfast hours and handle guest inquiries efficiently. Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly desirable, especially in breakfast or buffet service environments. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances guest experiences. Experience serving or catering in banquet or hospitality settings is a plus. Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and dietary accommodations ensures safe and responsible service. Barista experience or background in restaurant or food service establishments will be advantageous. Previous banquet or catering experience helps in managing large groups efficiently. A background in hospitality combined with strong communication skills supports excellent guest interactions.
