Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments for optimal guest convenience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, counters, and service stations Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate special dietary requests with professionalism Monitor food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout the breakfast hours Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery for timely service Assist in catering or banquet setups when required, ensuring all details align with event specifications Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience serving guests in a hospitality setting, including buffet or banquet service Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Background in catering or banquet operations is a plus Food handling certification or dietary aide experience preferred Barista experience or familiarity with coffee and beverage preparation is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments within the food industry This role is an excellent fit for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
