Breakfast Attendant

• We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team at a vibrant hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a clean and welcoming breakfast area. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for guest relations, as you will be the first point of contact for guests during their morning meal experience.

• Responsibilities
• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Prepare and present breakfast items, adhering to quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing information about menu items and accommodating special requist
• Communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and replenishment of food items.
• Maintain inventory of breakfast supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and cleanliness practices.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in guest services or hotel environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and meal preparation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Experience using POS systems or similar technology is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while multitasking effectively.
• A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent guest relations.
