WHOLESALE/DISTRIBUTION

is looking for people passionate about the meat industry and the art of meat cutting to join our team.

Experience/Qualifications:

18 Years of Age or Older Legally Able to Work in the

United States For Journeymen:

Prior experience and knowledge of how to cut and trim all the most common cuts of beef, pork, & lamb.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work at a fast pace, Ability to work on feet for entire shift Ability to lift and carry boxes 50-100lbs Ability to push and pull heavy carts of meat Ability to work in cold environments, sometimes below freezing temperatures

Responsibilities:

Take pride in your work. Use butcher's knives, bandsaw and meat grinders. Keep work area clean and sanitized Keep coolers and freezers tidy and organized. Other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Typically Monday -Friday 7-3:30 but hours may vary. Return completed applications or resumes to Jack or Warren at 7149 Eastside Road, Anderson.
