Select, receive, and inspect meat deliveries to ensure premium quality standards Break down whole animals and cuts of meat with precision and efficiency Prepare specialty cuts for Vietnamese dishes including pho, banh mi, and other traditional preparations Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace Collaborate with the kitchen team to understand their needs and optimize cuts Keep detailed records of inventory and meat usage Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
