We are looking for candidates that are passionate about all things Cheese and Charcuterie and delivering an elevated guest experience.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare all charcuterie products including using a slicer, weighing, and portioning products. Open and close the cheesebox following proper procedures including following a prep list, various station setup, and checking inventory of each station. Thorough knowledge of all cheesebox menu items including different meats and cheeses, sandwiches, caviar, accoutrements, etc. Handles various kitchen equipment including a meat slicer, a sandwich press, a cheese cutter, etc. Provides exceptional hospitality by guiding guests through the retail area. Processes payments and operates a cash register including the ability to efficiently look products up in the system. Multitask between making sandwiches and charcuterie boards for the restaurant and retail. Arranges a retail display correctly and ensures it's visually appealing to guests. Properly handles and packages all Togo orders including large catering orders. Follows health code procedures including proper sanitization of equipment, labeling, and storing products according to health department guidelines. Stocks inventory from transfers. Cash Handling. Adheres to uniform standards. Follow proper health and safety guidelines. You may be called upon from time to time to perform other duties that may not be included in your job description at the management's discretion.

EXPERIENCE

2 or more years' experience in a similar position. Experienced level understanding of kitchen and restaurant operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team-oriented.

PHYSICAL

May require periods of prolonged sitting, bending, and stooping or stretching. Eye hand coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to lift 25lbs. Position requires candidates to work under stressful conditions and is subject to irregular hours.
