Part-time Description Our Mill Valley store is seeking a Part Time Specialty Service Staff Member. As a Good Earth Specialty Service Staff Member, you will provide customer service, while keeping our Specialty department organized and stocked. We are seeking someone with a passion for food, who delights in giving great service, and is highly detail oriented. The role will include cheese cutting and wrapping, merchandising, food prep, wine & beer stocking, and sales. Our Specialty department focuses on organic and sustainable products sourced primarily from many of our local farms and wineries. Responsibilities Cutting, wrapping, and prepping cheeses Managing back stock and maintaining stocking systems Maintaining well organized and visually appealing shelf sets and signage Working with Department Manager and Category manager on new item placement, category resets, and promotional displays Developing strong product knowledge and sharing with staff and customers Providing exceptional service to our customers Qualifications Passion for food, and an interest in learning more about cheese, wine, and beer.
