MUST be available Saturday and Sunday mornings. Duties Skillfully cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to established standards and customer specifications Ensure all meat products are handled safely, stored properly, and maintained at optimal freshness Package meat products efficiently for retail display or wholesale distribution, maintaining presentation quality Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Follow prep duties, and make sure to prep enough as follows for the day and the next day if needed. Follow food handling protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations Support inventory management by rotating stock, recording product details, and notifying supervisors of low supplies
