We produce high-quality, nutrient-rich pet food using premium ingredients—never fillers or by-products. All products are handcrafted in our licensed Southern California kitchen. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking team member to assist with meat preparation, dehydration, packaging, and maintaining a clean, organized commercial kitchen. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role requiring attention to detail and consistency. Immediate start preferred. Key Responsibilities Slice proteins using a commercial meat slicer Prepare marinades and portion products Load/unload dehydrators Accurately package finished products (weighing, sealing, labeling) Prepare orders for wholesale, online, and farmers markets Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards Perform weekly deep cleaning of equipment and kitchen ∙ Follow food safety protocols Support a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications ∙ Able to work 4-5 days/week, 4-10 hour shifts ∙ Able to lift up to 80 lbs consistently ∙ Comfortable with manual labor and standing for long periods Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to follow structured processes and meet production standards Must be available for occasional weekend farmers market shifts Previous experience in commercial kitchen, food production, or similar environmnt preferred What We Offer Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding business Employee discounts on products ∙Supportive team environment 401(k) retirement plan Schedule Day shifts ∙Monday-Friday Occasional weekends (farmers markets) We are looking to fill this position ASAP.
