Position Overview:

We are hiring a Lead Butcher / Store Operator for our Fleming Island location. This is a hands-on role for someone who can cut meat, serve customers, and run the store independently when needed. If you like to stay busy, take ownership, and work in a relaxed environment—this is for you.

What You'll Do:

Cut and portion beef, pork, chicken, and specialty meats Set up and maintain a clean, full, and attractive meat case Assist customers at the counter and provide recommendations Operate the register and handle checkout Open and close the store independently Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Assist with wild game processing during season

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, punctual, and ready to work Strong work ethic (this is a physical job) Comfortable working both front-of-house and back-of-house Friendly and confident with customers Ability to work independently without constant supervision Meat cutting experience necessary (but will train the right person)

Compensation & Schedule:
