Your skills will help support our commitment to delivering premium meat products. Duties Skillfully cut, trim, and prepare various types of meats according to established recipes and customer requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat preparation area in compliance with food safety standards Follow all food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure product freshness Communicate shortages or quality issues to management Qualifications Strong knife skills with the ability to perform precise meat cutting and trimming Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Experience with packaging, labeling, and maintaining cleanliness in a food service setting Familiarity with kitchen or meat processing equipment is a plus Prior experience in a butcher shop environment is highly desirable
