Must be able to work full time, must be able to work 8 hour days 5 days a week, usually including one or two weekend days. Must be able to work the 5 days prior to Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the weekends of or prior to Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Must have multiple years meat cutting/fabricating experience Ability to make, stuff sausage Experience working on your feet and in a cold environment 8 hrs a day Ability to lift 80lb boxes, physically fit, and unload delivery trucks Reliable, drug and alcohol free and willingness to take and pass drug screen test
PAY AND BENEFITS
Hourly pay with overtime as listed, depending on experience and resume/work history 5 paid days off per year after 1 year on the job additional 5 days PTO may be granted depending on your experience 3 paid personal days off per year paid Bereavement Leave, for parent, spouse, child, sibling Matching 401(k) of up to 4% of your gross pay, once eligible Paid Term Life Insurance No paid health insurance, however we will work with your salary or hourly pay to help with ACA premiums. Ability to cut /display meats and work with a management team to : care about your fellow employees, show hospitality to our guests, love our community, respect our suppliers, care about business profitablity. We background check ALL our employees Established in business for 20 years. We do not provide group health insurance, as such the ideal candidate has insurance through spouse/significant other or is using our help to get subsidized insurance through the ACA.
