Ladoga, IN Job Type:
Full-Time Pay:
$17.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Ladoga, IN (In Person) Join Our Team! Montgomery Meats is seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking professional with strong meat-cutting skills and a commitment to quality and food safety. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Cut, trim, portion, and prepare beef, pork, and other meat products. Maintain high standards for product quality and presentation. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures. Properly use and maintain knives, saws, grinders, and other meat processing equipment. Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitized. Assist with inventory rotation and product organization. Work efficiently with the production team to meet daily goals. Provide excellent customer service when needed.
Qualifications Required:
Previous professional experience as a Meat Cutter. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. Reliable transportation. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in refrigerated environments. Ability to perform repetitive cutting, lifting, bending, and reaching.
