Job Description
This position supports the activities and responsibilities of the Tow Line Department. Job Duties and Responsibilities Scuff Sand product coming from Spray Booth. Product includes doors, cabinets, trim and final top coat. Scuff Sand product following the grain direction of the wood utilizing a sanding block. Visually inspect product for defects to meet quality standards requirements. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Good interpersonal skills; ability to work with others. Ability to stay on-task, follow safety guidelines and work process procedures. Job Qualifications and Education Demonstrated skills in organization, planning, prioritization and time management. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Employee is subject to outside environmental conditions occasionally; inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
