Full Job Description Basic Requirements:

Physically fit, able to work long hours standing Follow food safety rules, responsible and hygiene-conscious Follow supervision, team player, good communication skills

Required Skills:

Meat cutting, trimming, boning, grinding Able to operate meat saw, slicer, grinder, wrapping machine Understand refrigeration temperature control and FIFO rotation Identify meat freshness and spoilage Accurate weighing, labeling, packaging and pricing Clean and sanitize worktables, knives and equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in meat department or butcher shop Basic English to communicate with team member and manager Familiar with different cuts of pork, beef, lamb Job duties Cut, process, package and restock meat Maintain clean and attractive meat display cases. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
