Experienced Meat Cutter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our food production team at Bellingar Packing. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing various types of meat products.

Duties:

• Run our machines (band saw, grinders, and burger/patty machine) with efficiency.
• Learn the basic math to properly process each order correctly
• Cut, trim, and portion meat according to customer specifications
• Prepare meat products such as steaks, roasts
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of cutting tools and work area
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations

Skills:

• Proficient in meat-cutting techniques and knowledge of different cuts of meat
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
