Job Description

We are looking for someone to manage our meat department. Looking for someone with more than 4 years experience in meat cutting/ butchery. This is an opportunity to run a one of a kind full service meat department.
Responsibilities include:
Cutting/ product monitoring Scheduling Training Orders and price adjusting Logs and overseeing proper sanitation and standards. Our hours are 8am to 6pm. Mon thru Sat. This is a wonderful oppertunity to manage your department and balance your work life,
