Job Description

seeking meat cutter for small family owned butcher shop. We use sides of meat, not boxed meat. willing to train the right candidate but would prefer someone with some background in cooking/knife skills/ processing their own deer etc…Pay depends on experience Must be a quick learner and comfortable working alone.
Other tasks include:
cleaning, sausage making, smoking meats, setting up the counter and packaging meat. must be able to work on your feet all day. Must be able to life 50lbs
