Your Role:

As the Market Meat Cutter your analytical skillset and organization is what ensures our customers have an efficient and accurate shopping experience during their visit and meal ordering at the Market. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all inventory and ordering is accurate and meets our standard of quality. You will be partnering with the Meat Manager to ensure a good mix of products is displayed and approprioate to business saales. Detail orientated and an appreciation for routines will help you be successful in this role. You will in charge of customer requests for specific cuts of meat, catering and deli trayss. Teamwork, ensuring safety of teammates, and clear communication will allow your shifts to be productive and fun. Many of our customers are local, and you will see them often! Learning their name and favorite items to purchase, personalizes the experience and helps ensure our focus of Super Superior Service. For customers just visiting for a special occasion, your role will provide them with a seamless experience allowing them to order pre-made dinners, fresh broasted chicken, and fresh deli items just like at home.
