Job Description

$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
Objective:
Join our skilled team in skinning, trimming, and inspecting carcasses. Our team of butchers process up to 100 beef or bison per day.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or until the work is done, Saturday as needed
Requirements:
Able to utilize knives, saws, and other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming. Desire and ability to follow general food safety practices. Breakdown of full carcasses to half carcasses for further processing. Willing to work individually as well as in a team. Maintain a safe environment- Personal Safety and Food Safety. Willing to learn and follow our processes. Positive Attitude—makes everyone's day better, including yours! Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not necessary. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a moving carcass on a rail system, debris and wet floor. Work in acrid odors and sometimes very hot (mainly July & August) conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
