Required Qualifications:
Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter Knowledge of meat cutting, trimming, grinding, and merchandising Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physically able to lift 50-75 lbs regularly Able to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods throughout the day
Preferred Qualifications:
