The Meat Prep/Trimmer employee is arguably one of the most essential positions with in the PRIME Barbecue family with your primary responsibilities revolving around the Pit room and prep station/s. Your main focus will be maintaining trimming/prepping of our big and small cuts of protein. Running a clean fire in our pits as well as prepping our proteins for the following cook. You will primarily work on your own during business hours and will be able to focus solely on the tasks given to you. Team member hours are discussed during the interview process but you must be willing to work early mornings in this position. Again, this is one of our most important roles as our product consistency starts with consistent prep work.
