Nc 50 Highway, Surf City, NC Full-time Full-time Clean Ribeye, NY Strip and Beef tenderloins in preparation to cut into steaks Clean and break down whole fish Accurately cut steaks to the correct weights as needed Follow recipes accurately to make crab cakes and other prepped items for the kitchen Ability to keep up with restaurant pars for all items assigned to them Ability to follow direction given by management Set schedule or flexible hours available
