Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Butcher to join our dynamic team in the meat processing industry. Entry level or Master level we are open to speaking with all. In this role, you will be at the heart of food production, ensuring that every item is prepared, packaged, and handled with precision and care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a team that values excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Handle meat with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines Operate processing equipment safely, including knives and vacuum packager, demonstrating proficient knife skills and meat cutting techniques Package finished products efficiently for distribution Maintain cleanliness and organization of the processing room, following proper food handling procedures Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages or expired items Requirements Entry level opportunities for the right candidate. Proven experience in meat production, or preparation Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards Demonstrated knife skills and experience with meat cutting techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. (Though you might not speak to the customer one on one, all cuts need to be per customer request and business standard.
