The Meat Cutter provides friendly, courteous, and helpful service. Prepares, cuts, trims, chops, grinds, and otherwise prepares meats and culinary meals Handles freight placed in the cooler. Freight is opened, sorted and stacked. Place products in display cases, maintain product display and provide customer service. May take special orders from customers. Sanitation

JOB DUTIES

Meat Cutter employees are generally responsible for completing the following job duties: Provide guest service Assist the managing butcher Operate saws, grinders and other meat-processing machinery. Use knives to cut, trim, and prepare meat product Take special orders from customers and provide special cuts. Maintain area and conduct business in accordance with state, federal, and local regulations and employer policy. Other duties as assigned.
