Full-Time / Part-Time Are you a culinary professional who thrives when the tickets are flying? We are looking for disciplined, hardworking Line Cooks and Butchers to join our fast-paced kitchen team. If you have the "high-volume hustle" and a commitment to precision, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Line Cooks:
Manage stations with expertise, ensuring consistent execution and plate presentation under high-pressure conditions.
Butchers:
Execute high-quality meat breakdown, portion control, and waste reduction with precision to meet our upscale standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in accordance with health department regulations. Practice exceptional "food communication" - calling back orders, coordinating with the pass, and keeping the kitchen team in sync. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain the integrity of our menu and ingredients. Ensure all food storage and prep follow first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service environment. Previous experience with Korean cuisine or specialized meat programs is a significant plus.
The Skills:
Expert station management for cooks; proficiency in whole-muscle breakdown for butchers.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
