Were looking for a motivated and friendly Sausage Maker to join our busy Meat Departmentand yes, weekends are part of the fun as we serve our amazing customers! Dont worry if youre not a butcher while butchering skills are a plus, theyre definitely not required. What really matters is your passion for great customer service and helping shoppers find exactly what they need. In this hands-n role, you'll help craft our signature fresh sausages using quality ingredients, traditional techniques, and a commitment to excellence. From preparing and seasoning meats to stuffing, linking, and maintaining product quality, you'll play an important part in delivering the exceptional flavors our customers have come to expect. PrepareandgrindmeataccordingtorecipesandproductionstandardsMixmeats,spices,andseasoningsincorrectproportionsOperatesausage-makingmachinerysuchasgrinders,mixers,stuffers,andsmokersStuffsausagecasingsandlinksausagesbyhandormachineFollowfoodsafety,sanitation,andHACCPguidelinesInspectproductsforquality,texture,weight,andappearanceMaintaincleanlinessofworkstations,tools,andequipmentOtherdutiesasassigned Requirements Mustbeatleast18yearsofagePreviousexperienceworkinginaMeatDepartment,workingwithfreshmeatispreferredKnowledgeofautomatic/handwrappingmachinespreferredorwillingnesstolearnAbilitytoworkinafastpacedenvironmentwhileprovidingexcellentcustomerserviceAbletoworkallshiftsorshiftsasprovidedwithschedule Joinateamthatvaluesandrewardsitsemployees.
