Are you an experienced meat cutter with a strong work ethic and a passion for precision? Blue Ribbon Meats is seeking skilled professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive meat cutting experience in various proteins, particuarly beef and pork. We are a commercial butcher shop—not a slaughterhouse—focused on quality, service, and tradition. At this time, we are only considering candidates with a minimum of 5 years of proven meat cutting experience .

Position Overview:

Afternoon Shift 4pm-Close MINIMUM three years meat cutting experience No Saturdays required Overtime available Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. above your head (when necessary) Cut meat orders to customer specifications Rotate stock, check code dates, and scan product for accuracy Follow established safety and sanitation procedures Maintain accurate records for special orders Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
