Job Description
Stiles Switch BBQ is hiring now for a skilled meat cutter. This is a skilled position working alongside some of the best in the industry. Stiles Switch BBQ runs a fast-paced, high-energy operation specializing in award-winning Texas Craft BBQ. If you take Texas BBQ seriously, we would love to meet you.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with a warm, genuine attitude
- Slice, weigh, and portion meats for customer trays and large to-go orders with speed and precision
- Keep your cutting station clean, organized, and show-ready at all times
- Know the full menu inside and out
- and be ready to answer any question a customer throws at you
- Communicate protein levels to pitmasters and managers throughout service
- Maintain quality assurance on all proteins coming out of the pit room.
- A naturally friendly, hospitality-first attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills
