In this role, you will perform specialty meat cuts and utilize a variety of cutting tools to portion products according to specific customer orders. The ideal candidate will have experience cutting various types of beef, strong knife-handling skills, and a commitment to quality and precision in a fast-paced production environment.

Hours:

Mon - Fri 7:00AM to finish which means OT!!

Pay:

$16.00

Responsibilities:

• Cut, deboning, trimming, grinding, weighing and packaging meat
• Maintaining clean equipment and work areas to prevent meat contamination and uphold health and sanitation standards and regulatory requirements
• Receive and fulfill custom orders
• Package and label various cuts of meat
• All candidates must have excellent knife skills
• Will be working 8+ hours in a refrigerated area (30-40 degrees)
• Monitoring, adjusting, and sharpening cutting and grinding equipment
• Team player attitude with desire to learn and grow
• Bandsaw experience is a plus!
• Experience with different types of cuts, filets, etc.
• Ability to physically handle meat and machinery for long hours as required

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
